At Joinezra.com, your health and safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products—single-use, health-sensitive medications—we adhere to strict policies to ensure the integrity and quality of everything we ship.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any medication once it has been shipped and delivered. This policy is in place to:

  • Ensure product safety and hygiene
  • Comply with health regulations
  • Prevent contamination or tampering

Even if the product is unopened, we cannot take it back.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue (e.g., packaging, wrong item, damage)
  • A description of the problem

If verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not possible.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.
Once your order enters processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging in at joinezra.com
  • Navigating to your Account Settings
  • Selecting “Manage Subscription”
  • Choosing to cancel or turn off auto-renew

  • Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.
  • If a cancellation is submitted after an order has processed or shipped, that order cannot be refunded or stopped.

5. Pausing Your Treatment

If you’re not ready to continue but may return later, you can pause your subscription instead of canceling. This stops billing and shipments but keeps your account and medical history on file.

6. Unauthorized Charges & Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or have any concerns about billing, please contact our support team first. We are here to help and can resolve most issues quickly.

7. Prescription Medications

If your purchase requires a prescription:

  • Ensure you upload a valid prescription during checkout.
  • Orders without proper prescriptions will be canceled and refunded, minus a small processing fee if applicable.
